For those women who weighed more than their normal weight, they should ideally gain 15 lbs – 25 lbs, if your health care doctor does not have any other view regarding the weight.
Go for healthy and fuller meals as this will allow you to gain the required amount of weight in the course of your pregnancy. There is no need to put on unnecessary weight as the junk foods have a high content of fat in them. You must also avoid other foods that are fatty in nature.
