Safety Measures

  • Eliminate or reduce intake of food and drink that contain caffeine such as tea, coffee, cola drinks, and soft drinks, chocolate and cocoa.
  • Caffeine is included in non prescription drugs that are taken to fight headaches, allergy, cold, dizziness etc.
  • Caffeine consumption in large quantities may cause nausea, headaches, fatigue and other severe symptoms, for which you need to have a word with your health care provider.
